SIMK – Algerian Commune Management System

SIMK is a professional desktop management system designed for Algerian communes and municipal administrations. The application helps local authorities organize and manage communal property, tenants, contracts, invoices, payments, reports, maintenance operations, inspections, notifications, and official administrative data in one centralized system. The project was built with a strong focus on real municipal workflows, bilingual usage, and offline desktop reliability. It supports both French and Arabic interfaces, including right-to-left layout for Arabic screens, making it suitable for everyday use by commune employees. Administrators can configure commune information such as commune name, wilaya, daïra, logo, official document headers, and system structure. I also worked on improving the user experience for non-technical municipal employees by making forms, tables, filters, and dialogs clear and professional.
